Jiangsu Sanyou Group Nantong Y/D Co., Ltd. owns 500 sets of various types of advanced main and accessorial equipment, such as NHZ-automatic Warper and Sucker+Muller Sizing machine of German, Tima-II Rapier Loom and air-jet loom of Italy, 12 product lines of clothing. There are totally 580 staffs, of which more than 80 are professional and technical staff.

New Product Development Center：There is professional New Product Development Center. In order to satisfy the needs of the market and customer, the factory makes full use of the design advantage, empolders wool-cotton blend fabric, wool-cotton mixed fabric, polyamide-cotton mixed fabric, terylene-rayon-hemp blend fabric, and fabric which adopts non-pollute fibre, such as environmental fibre, tencel, model, color cotton, chitin fiber etc. At the same time depending on the powerful technique, the factory also can provide many new kinds of functional fabric that through the special finish, for example azo-dye forbidden, fluorescent-dye forbidden, water-wash finish, stone-wash finish, water-proof finish, spotless finish, glazed finish, anti-odor finish and antibacterial finish. Particularly in the progress of producing fluorescent-dye forbidden fabric, the factory has accumulated a set of method of quality control.

Examination Center： The factory owns the Examination Center, which can detect the external appearance and inside quality of each kind of color weaving fabric. The method and data of the examination for each batch of cloth will be recorded in detail, for example the density, the shrinkage, the depth of color. The method, standard and result are synchronous with the KEKEN Examination Organization in Japan. The product can reach European Environmental Protection Standard 100. The quality is fine.
